Meany & Oliver Companies, Inc. was founded by Philip E. Meany, Jr. and Sharon M. Oliver in 2004, to provide brokerage, consulting, investment and marketing services to a variety of private & public sector clients, institutions and landlords in the Washington Metropolitan Area. In 2006, Martin P. Griffin joined the Meany & Oliver, bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate transaction and research advisory experience to the team.

Recently, Thomas O’ Neil joined the firm as a principal to form Meany & Oliver Commercial Management. He brings over 30 years of asset and property management experience to the newly formed division. Meany & Oliver Commercial Management is a regional provider of commercial property management services and is committed to enhancing the value of our client’s commercial real estate investments by designing a package of management services to meet the individual asset needs.
